Jaguar C-X16 Frankfurt presents future XE, which we expect in 2013.



In Frankfurt the premiere of the concept Jaguar C-X16, representing the compact sports car with hybrid drive, which will be produced in series in 2013 under the name XE.

Impressive concept looks like a finished production model, features an aluminum chassis and a luxurious interior featuring leather and Alcantara.

The propulsion system consists of a 3.0-liter V6 supercharged engine that generates 380 hp and 450 Nm electric motor and 95 hp and 173 Nm.

These are the first images of new small two-seater roadster of Jaguar.
The car was taken during a test near the company's management in Coventry, England. The new model is currently codenamed XE, it will be positioned in the model line of the company under the current XK.
