Introducing Chateau Jones Website | ChateauJones.com

Most of you already know wine making is one of my favorite hobbies. Well, like most of my hobbies (photography included) I usually find myself taking them to the extremes.

The all new ChateauJones.com

My fiance and I have been busy making the wine for our wedding next year and decided to create a website about all of our wines. We did it half as a joke, half serious, and half to give people an easy way to find out more about one of our favorite hobbies. No, we can't sell the wine yet, but I am known to give it away to interesting individuals that regularly read my blog.

You can checkout our website here: Chateau Jones

Here are a few images I took the Sunday night for the website. I used a couple off camera flashes to help keep the images dark to fit with the theme of the website.

Sushi Making Night!

Trying to make small talk during our engagement session, I brought up that I'd tried making sushi a few weeks ago. To my surprise, Luke and Sarah had said they had tried it as well! A few weeks later, there we were, sitting around a table with enough homemade sushi to make a few sumo wrestlers full.

And now, a few months later, sushi making night become a great past time! These guys are so much fun to hang out with and definitely know how to roll some rockin' sushi! Here are a few pictures from our last sushi making night!

If you like sushi, I HIGHLY recommend making some yourself! Not only is a lot of fun, its also WAY cheaper and in most cases fresher!

Château Jones

Like most of you know, I started a little year ago making wine. Up until now, I've either been to lazy to make a label, or not proud enough to think my wine deserved a label. Well now that I've made a few wines that people actually seem to enjoy, I've decided to make a label! Enter Château Jones!

Here are a few of my first wines to get labels. My fresh strawberry wine (made from 26lbs of fresh cut strawberries!) and orange-chocolate port.
